This has got to be one of the most inspiring ad campaign i'd ever seen. And it's a car ad!! from Honda!! I would love to have the opportunity to do something like this some day.. the shots, the timing and pacing, the mood and treatment is awesome, the cast is perfect and the story is simple but beautiful. with the song driving the whole thing together. no narration.. no fancy effects.. no art-house lighting. the kind i'd wish people would do more of. you can't just sell stories.. you gotta tell it to them. and tell 'em well. Good looking actors are nice but believable people are better. Point and case, the "Real Beauty" campaign from Dove. You gotta mean something. Honesty's something we all lack a little of nowadays. It reminds me of the pitch we did for Esso a while back. I hope that one comes thru.
