the legend.
Lastnight I got me a DVD of the Legend of Buddha. haha. It's the thing we worked on in India. It was screened here only once and i think it was out of pressure cause it basically looked like crap. Colors were swapping with each other.. there were weird tints.. even the credits had at least 5 different typefaces to it.. among other things. But now that i have the DVD of the final "work of art" (it was India's entry to the 2005 oscars, you know..), it looks like they fixed it. but you really can't take away all the crap out of it i guess. haha!
Anyway, the best part of it i think was in the credits when i saw our names there.. all 8 of us.. along with the seniors. Boy i tell you, that brought me back..
So here it is, in my hands.. the first feature i've ever worked on. I paid S$24.50 for it . But honestly folks, I think the price was only for the little laughing buddha that was in the box... the DVD probably came free with it :P
